The 17 Bottles Of project began with Urs and Sig and a bunch of other people in 1999. Unfortunately, the original, in a blue spiral notebook, has vanished. It was a fun project, though, so we're starting over. Hopefully this one will be a bit harder to misplace.
2011 UPDATE: Word on the streets is that the J.Mo. has located the notebook and has it in her possession. We'd love to see it some day...

Wow, it must be true! I mean, most adolescent girls are not at all romantic, plus there is nothing in the way people dress or previous conversation that could have possibly clued her in - I am convinced, she must have real powers!
I love how bullshit artists target the weak. Like these people, who target the grieving. Or like Christians, who target children, the needy, the sick, and people in prison.
I learned that there is a Chrsitian group on the UC Berkeley campus that targets asian girls who do not speak good English. One of the people at last night's meeting said she had been approached by their members several times. Unfortunately, for them, she speaks perfect English.
Thursday, I went to the Indian buffet across the street from work and overheard some people talking about Scientology and seeing a psychic. They were then "philosophizing" about a bunch of crap. At once, I felt incredibly superior to these people because I could instantly see through the bullshit.
Though I did stop by the scientologists trying to sell their book last night at the Berkekly BART station. I was early for the meeting, so I sat down and took the stress test. I had to pay a $20 donation if I wanted the book. The Christian Scientists and Mormons give their books away for free.
Field trip!
I heard there is this "practice your English" place on campus you can go. But a lot of the volunteers are Christian because in their mind it is a good opportunity to convert the heathens.
